Do you provide pick-up facility from all are areas of Australia?
Yes, we provide pick up from all areas of Australia. The pick up charges are $1/kg for metro areas (excluding Melbourne & Sydney). Regional pickups will be charged at cost
Do you have fixed shipment dates?
We fully endeavor to dispatch the shipment as per advertised dates. However, we are practical in terms of being prepared to factor in time for things beyond our control. That is why we ask our customers to account for 3-5 business days from the shipment date.
How much time does it take for my parcel to reach destination address in Pakistan?
The sea transit time is between 25-35 days. Custom clearance in Pakistan can sometimes take longer than usual. We advise our customers to expect the package to be delivered within 50-60 days from the shipment date.
How early do I have to book before shipment date?
You have to confirm your booking at least 10 days before the shipment date. This gives us enough time to bring your parcel into our warehouse, wrap, label, load into the container for shipment.
What if an item is lost in transit?
You will have to fill out a personal declaration form mentioning each item in your parcel and it’s approx. cost. We will re-imburse the cost of any items that get lost in transit.

What items can I send?
You can send personal household items like clothing, shoes, gifts, chocolates, dry fruits, furniture etc.
How should I pack my stuff?
If your package is less than 12 kg, please pack your items in Bunnings 52L Heavy duty carton (https://tinyurl.com/344cwjax).
If your package is between 12 and 24 kg, please pack your items in Bunnings 104L Heavy duty carton (https://tinyurl.com/3rdebzvk).
